Fees & Inclusions

All participants are required to officially register. Please read the following information before completing an online registration form.

Conference and Exhibition fees are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST (ABN: 59 115 015 953).

As we are with 30 days of the Conference and Exhibition credit card is the only payment option available. Full payment of fees is required prior to Energy Networks 2016.

Discounted Registration Rates

Member rates

Member rates are available to attendees employed by an existing Energy Networks Association member. If you are unsure of your organisation’s membership status, please visit the ENA Members page.

Group registration rates

Group registration rates are available to groups of 5 or more attendees registering and paying in one transaction from the same organisation. Please ensure the correct registration form is selected on the Registration page to receive the applicable discount.

Registration Entitlements

Full registration includes:
  • Access to all Conference sessions
  • Access to the Exhibition
  • Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea on Thursday and Friday
  • Name badge, satchel and handbook
  • One (1) ticket each to the Welcome Reception, Gala Dinner and Meet the Industry Breakfast
Day registration includes:
  • Access to all Conference sessions – on day of registration
  • Access to the Exhibition – on day of registration
  • Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea – on day of registration
  • Name badge, satchel and handbook
  • One (1) ticket to the Meet the Industry Breakfast – Friday registrants only
Operational Best Practice Workshop registration includes:
  • Access to all Operational Best Practice Workshop sessions
  • Access to the Exhibition
  • Lunch and afternoon tea on Thursday, and morning tea and lunch on Friday
  • Name badge
  • One (1) ticket each to the Welcome Reception and Meet the Industry Breakfast
Dietary Requirements: 

Please note in your registration if you have any specific dietary requirements. If you require a kosher meal, the Conference and Exhibition will make every effort to offer this however if a kosher meal is not available a vegetarian meal may be provided instead. Please contact the Conference and Exhibition Office if this is not suitable.

Method of Payment

Visa, Mastercard and Amex are accepted. Please note a 2.5% merchant surcharge applies to payments made via Amex.

Cancellation and refund policy 

Registration fees

Cancellation of a registration must be advised via email to the Conference and Exhibition Office. Verbal changes or cancellations cannot be accepted.

The following refunds will apply from the date of receipt of notification:

On or before 17 February 2016 100% refund less an administration fee of $110 including GST
On or before 18 March 2016 75% refund less an administration fee of $110 including GST
On or before 15 April 2016 50% refund less an administration fee of $110 including GST
After 15 April 2016 No refund available

The refund will be returned via the same payment method as the original receipt of funds.

No refund will be made after 15 April 2016. However, an alternative delegate name may be nominated by emailing the Conference and Exhibition Office and the booking and registration fee will be transferred accordingly. 

No refund or discount will be made if an inclusive function or event within the registration fee is not taken up or is subsequently cancelled.

Social functions or events may be cancelled on or before 15 April 2016 and will be refunded in full via the same payment method as the original receipt of funds. After 15 April 2016 no refunds will be made. However, an alternative delegate name may be nominated by emailing the Conference and Exhibition Office; the booking and social function fees will then be re-allocated accordingly.

In the case of extenuating circumstances a refund outside of the terms as outlined above may be considered by, and at the discretion of, the ENA.

Accommodation

For accommodation cancellation policies, please refer to the individual hotel policies noted on the accommodation page of this website. Any amendments to original hotel bookings must be forwarded via email to the Conference and Exhibition office. Verbal changes or cancellations cannot be accepted nor will the hotels accept any changes made directly to the hotel.

Insurance

Delegates are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Delegate registration fees do not provide any such insurance coverage. The ENA and the Conference and Exhibition Office accept no responsibility for any loss in this regard.

Tax

All Conference and Exhibition registration fees and additional ticket rates are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.

By registering for Energy Networks 2016  you acknowledge and consent that during your attendance at the event your image or voice may be recorded via video, photograph or by any other means (“recorded”) by an officer or official of the Energy Networks 2016 Conference and Exhibition, which may be distributed or published at the discretion of the Energy Networks 2016 Conference and Exhibition. If you do not wish to be recorded, you are required to formally advise the Energy Networks 2016 Conference and Exhibition office.
